FAQs about sales dialers
How do I get started with a sales dialer?
You can manage your sales dialer and other Dialpad features right from your online dashboard in Dialpad. If you want Dialpad's power dialer (think of it as a kind of auto dialer for sales) and the integration with Salesforce, you should check out the Dialpad Ai Sales plan.
Once you've signed up, open the app or go to Dialpad.com and log into your account, and click Admin Settings > Company Settings > Integrations. Next, go to Salesforce Options and click Configure > Powerdialer > Enable Salesforce Powerdialer. You can then link your Salesforce and Dialpad accounts and sync your reps and contact centers.
An optional last step is to go to Office Settings. There, you can set factors like post-call wrap-up time, call transcription, and caller ID.
